Miss Cop

Another unknown brand polish: Miss Cop. I've choosen a golden foil with small sparkles. Even if it is a cheap polish, the quality was quite good, and it was really easy to apply.

Une autre marque de vernis que je ne connaissais pas: Miss Cop. J'ai choisi un vernis doré à effet métallique avec des petites paillettes. Même si c'est un vernis pas cher, c'est de la bonne qualité et il est très facile à appliquer.

Stagecolor & Paris memories

Last week I bought some polishes in a discount store. The brands are unknown (to me): Stagecolor and Paris memories.

The first one is a pearly grey. It's not very opaque, I needed 3 coats.

La semaine dernière j'ai acheté quelques vernis dans un magasin de cosmétiques discount. Je ne connaissais pas ces marques: Stagecolor and Paris memories.

Le premier est un gris nacré. Il n'est pas très opaque, j'ai dû mettre 3 couches.

Then I layered the other one, a multicolor sparkling polish. It's almost impossible to fully capture how it looks like IRL. The second picture is better but far from reality: on the pics the flakes appear scattered but the sun light make them shine so much they seem much more compact.

J'ai ensuite ajouté une couche de l'autre vernis, un vernis aux paillettes multicolores. C'est presque impossible de bien montrer avec des photos comment il rend en vrai. La deuxième photo rend mieux mais est loin de la réalité: sur les photos les paillettes apparaissent disséminées mais en vrai la lumière les fait briller de telle façon qu'elles paraissent bien plus nombreuses et compactes.

LA Girls Iron red

I love the brand LA Girls but I've never tried their metal polishes before. Iron red is the first I wear and I'm glad to own it. The pictures don't make it justice, it's more metallic, but still very red and girly!

J'aime la marque LA Girls mais je n'avais jamais essayé la gamme Metal. Iron red est mon premier et je suis vraiment ravie. Les photos ne lui rendent pas justice, il est plus métallisé, mais reste bien rouge et féminin!

New collections preview

It's time for the spring collections girls!I haven't swatched all my winter polishes yet but I can't wait for the new arrivals!

Les filles, c'est l'heure des collections de printemps! ,Je n'ai pas encore swatché tous mes vernis d'hiver mais je suis déjà impatiente de voir les nouveautés!

First, Illamasqua with the Throb collection. As told before, I bought a dupe of Scorn (a black matte). But I need to buy the red polish called Throb!

D'abord, Illamasqua et la collection Throb. Comme je vous l'ai dit j'ai acheté un dupe de Scorn (un noir mat). Mais il me faut absolument le vernis rouge qui s'appelle Throb!

Load (white), Throb (red), Scorn (black)

Then, Sinful colors made a special Valentine's collection with 8 pink shades. I'm not fond about every pinks but I'll wait to see some swatches on the web to make my mind.

Ensuite, Sinful colors sort une collection spéciale St Valentin, avec 8 teintes roses. Je ne suis pas dingue de tous les roses mais je vais attendre les swatches pour me faire un avis.

The 8 shades:

- Pink Forever: Bazooka meets Bam-Bam to equal beautiful.

- Beautiful Girl: Classic ballerina with a flirty finish.

- Glass Pink: Sheer, shiny, shimmer-happy bliss.

- Boom Boom: Magenta-infused pink, which pops on toes and tips alike.

- Scandal: No-nonsense neon, slick and sensational.

- Soul Mate: Muted peachy pink with a melon twist.

 (I think I'm gonna buy Boom Boom, Scandal and Soul Mate)

Of course, you've heard about the OPI Texas collection. Some swatches are already on the web. I need to own the Too hot pink to hold'em!
Bien sûr, vous avez entendu parler de la collection Texas d'OPI. Des swatches circulent déjà sur le net. Je veux absolument le Too hot pink to hold'em!

But before buying all this polishes I think I'm going to order some of the Zoya Intimate collection and the Essie French affair collection.

Mais avant d'acheter tous ces vernis, je vais commander certains de la collection Zoya Intimate et de la collection French affair Essie.

MAC Soirée

I bought both polishes of the current Cham Pale MAC collection. Soirée (it means "evening" and sometimes "party" in French) is a beautiful foil with gold, but also copper in it (it looks like China Glaze Hi Tek. but with a bit copper in it, and seems to be a dupe of Orly Rage). I love this kind of polishes, they are really easy to apply and the MAC polishes get dry very quickly!

J'ai craqué pour les deux vernis de la collection Cham Pale de MAC, actuellement en boutiques. Soirée est un très beau foil à la fois doré et cuivré(il ressemble à Hi Tek de China Glaze mais avec du cuivré en plus doré, mais semble très proche de Rage d'Orly). J'adore ce genre de vernis car ils sont très faciles à appliquer, et les vernis MAC sèchent très vite!

Models Own Utopia

Today a new Models Own polish: Utopia. It's a pale pink pastel. It was a bit thick when I apply it, so I had to be very careful. I put 2 coats but I think that 1 could have been enough.

Aujourd'hui un nouveau vernis Models Own: Utopia. C'est un rose pâle pastel. Il est un peu épais donc il faut être très délicat lors de l'application. J'ai mis deux couches mais je pense qu'une seule peut suffire.

Deborah Matte black + stickers Peggy Sage

I've been lemming for Illamasqua Scorn for a while, but I thought it was a bit too expensive. Nevermind, I've been to the shop next door to buy a cheaper black matte, and I'm so glad. Deborah is a very cheap brand, but with nice colors and their winter collection included a black matte!

Ça faisait un moment que je voulais Illamasqua Scorn, mais je le trouvais un peu cher. Je suis allée au Monop du coin pour acheter un noit mat moins cher et je suis vraiment contente. Deborah, si vous ne la connaissez pas est une marque pas très chère mais aux couleurs plutôt sympas, et justement il y avait dans leur collection d'hiver un noir mat!

Then I added some Peggy Sage stickers, to make a rockstar mani! Do you like it?
